Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Use of www.penapp.in and the related mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) owned and operated by Aadishakti Infra Ventures.

By accessing or using the Platform and purchasing any services, subscriptions, credits, or listings on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

PenApp is a digital marketplace platform that enables users to:

  • Buy and sell construction equipment
  • Rent construction equipment
  • Sell spare parts
  • Purchase buyer leads
  • Purchase subscriptions and promotional services
  • Apply for loans and insurance through third-party providers

All services offered on the Platform are digital services and facilitation services between buyers and sellers.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following payments made on the Platform are non-refundable:

  • Purchase of buyer leads
  • Purchase of platform credits
  • Subscription plans
  • Listing fees
  • Advertisement or promotional packages
  • Any service activation fees

Once a service has been activated, consumed, or accessed, the payment made shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Lead Purchase Disclaimer

PenApp provides buyer requirements as leads for business opportunities.

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Conversion of leads into sales
  • Accuracy of buyer intent
  • Completion of transaction between buyer and seller

Therefore, payments made for purchasing leads are strictly non-refundable.

4. Subscription Refunds

Subscription plans purchased on the Platform are non-refundable once activated.

However, in case of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical billing errors

Users may raise a refund request within 7 days of the transaction, subject to verification by the Platform Owner.

If approved, refunds may be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.

5. Failed Transactions

In case a payment is successfully debited from the user's bank account but the service is not activated due to technical error, the user may:

  • Raise a request through the support channel
  • Provide transaction proof

Upon verification, the Platform Owner may either:

  • Activate the service, or
  • Process a refund

within a reasonable time period.

6. Third-Party Services

PenApp may facilitate services from third-party partners, including but not limited to:

  • Logistics services

Any payments made to such third-party providers are governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies. PenApp shall not be responsible for such refunds.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once a user purchases:

  • Credits
  • Leads
  • Listings
  • Subscription plans
  • Advertising packages

The same cannot be cancelled or refunded once the service is activated or used.

8. Platform Discretion

The Platform Owner reserves the sole right to review and approve or reject any refund request based on:

  • Transaction records
  • Service usage
  • Policy compliance

The decision of the Platform Owner in this regard shall be final and binding.

9. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days
  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees may be deducted

10. Changes to Refund Policy

The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to periodically review this policy to stay informed.
